Creamy Peanut Ramen

Prepare your toppings. Boil the egg for 7 minutes. Season broccolini with oil, splash of tamari, and salt. Air fry at 325 for 5 minutes or cook on stove top in your pot at medium heat for ~2 minutes each side. Chop tofu or prepare protein of choice.

Heat and combine the broth, milk, tamari, and a pinch of salt in your pot over medium heat for ~5 minutes. Add the peanut butter to your serving bowl.

Cook the noodles in the broth according to package.

To serve, temper the peanut butter by combining with a splash of the broth in your bowl first before adding the rest of the broth. Then add your noodles, baby kale, broccolini, egg, and top with chili oil if desired. Enjoy!!
