    Cut your chicken breasts into chunks and marinate in the yogurt, lemon juice, oregano, crushed garlic and white wine vinegar for 1-2 hours

    Cut your potatoes into chip shape (I personally didn’t peel before, but up to you based on preference), coat in the olive oil and add salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder to your taste

    Either oven cook or air fry the chips. I air fried these - roast setting for 12 mins and then extra crisp setting for 10 mins

    Same goes for the chicken - either oven cook or air fry. I also air fried this for 15 mins

    Once the chicken has cooked, shred using 2 forks

    Mix together the cucumber, tomato, red onion and fresh parsley and serve separately on the plate

    Add the tzatziki to the set up

    Cut the flat breads into triangles
