Season your chicken breasts with salt & pepper and cook through (I air fried)

Chop all of your veggies and add them to a pan and cook to soften

Add the uncooked orzo to the veggies and stir before adding the chicken stock

Simmer until the orzo is cooked through and the stock has been absorbed

Cook your bacon lardons until crisp

Add the Philadelphia and parmesan and stir to combine
