    Cook pasta as per instructions.

    Cook bacon until super crispy (air fried).

  3. 3

    Cut chicken breasts into small chunks and season with salt and pepper.

    Chop the mushrooms.

  5. 5

    Heat the garlic puree in a frying pan and add the mushrooms and chicken.

    Cook until the chicken is browned.

  7. 7

    Add the cooked pasta to the chicken and mushrooms.

  8. 8

    Mix the single cream with the parmesan and some fresh parsley.

  9. 9

    Add to the pasta and combine.

  10. 10

    Serve and top with the crispy bacon, fresh parsley & a little more parmesan.
