    Add the chopped tomatoes to a frying pan and cook until softened.

    Add the spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.

    Add the garlic and tomato puree, salt & pepper and paprika (to taste) and stir to combine.

    Add the double cream and cooked prawns.

    Combine and cook until the cream and prawns have heated through.
