Air Fryer Tennessee BBQ Chicken Wraps

Preheat the air fryer to 190 degrees.

Weigh out the panko breadcrumbs and tip into a bowl.

To a second bowl, add the buttermilk and season with garlic, paprika and cayenne pepper. Mix well to combine.

Each in turn, dip the mini fillets into the buttermilk and then into the panko breadcrumbs.

Transfer directly to the air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes.

Prepare the glaze by combining the Skinny Food Co. Tennessee Style BBQ Sauce with runny honey.

Brush the sauce into the cooked chicken fillets.

Compose your wrap with low calorie white wrap, shredded little gem lettuce, two chicken fillets & reduced fat coleslaw.

Fold to enclose the fillings inside and transfer to the air fryer basket.

Cook for a further 5/6 minutes until the wrap is lightly toasted.
