    Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees & soak the bamboo skewers in a bowl of cold water.

    Dice the chicken breast fillets into large chunks and season with tikka masala paste, 50g fat free natural yoghurt and the spices listed above. Mix well to combine.

    Next, thread the seasoned chicken onto bamboo skewers and place directly into the hot air fryer basket. Air fry for 18 minutes.

    Meanwhile, prepare the simple mint yoghurt drizzle, by combining the remaining fat free natural yoghurt with Skinny Food Co. Mint Sauce.

    Serve the chicken skewers over a warm toasted pitta, with salad of your own choice and a drizzle of mint yoghurt sauce. Garnish with red chilli & coriander. Enjoy!
