    Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees and soak the bamboo skewers in a bowl of cold water.

    Dice the chicken breast fillets into large chunks and place in a mixing bowl. Season well with Piri Piri seasoning and set aside.

    Chop the peppers & onion into large chunks and chop the halloumi into 4 pieces of equal size.

    Take a bamboo skewer and thread on 1/4 of the chicken breast chunks, peppers, onion & halloumi. Repeat the process until you have 4 skewers.

    Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 16 minutes.

    Once the time is up, remove the skewers from the air fryer and brush with the Skinny Food Co. Peri-Peri sauce.

    Return to the air fryer and cook for a further 3-4 minutes, or until the juices run clear.
