Perfect quick recipe that doesn’t include loads of ingredients but is still tasty & filling.

    Chop your chicken breast into large chunks. Mix in your peri peri rub and leave to the side.

    Dice your pepper and onion and add to a pot with a little fry light. Fry for a few minutes until they start to soften.

    Adding your chicken breast chunks and fry for 6-8 minutes until fully cooked.

    Add your pouch of microwave rice and stir through. You can add a tablespoon of water to combine it all together.

    Add in the peri sauce and mix together.

    Cook for a further 2 minutes.

    Chop your spring onion into small pieces.

  8. 8

    Take your dish off the heat and top with Perinaise and your spring onion.


Notes

You can add a tablespoon of water to combine it all together.
