BBQ Chicken Pizza
SO simple to make and the perfect low calorie lunch or dinner.

Chop your chicken into chunks and fry in a frying pan until fully cooked.

Mix in 10g of your bbq sauce with your tomato puree and spread onto the base of your flatbread.

Add your cheese to the pizza base.

Using 2 forks roughly shred your chicken into little pieces.

Mix in the remaining 20g of bbq sauce into the chicken and add to your pizza base.

Top with sweetcorn and pop into the oven at gas mark 190 for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
