Biscoff Protein Cheesecake
Aka - my fave thing to eat for breakfast. Packed with protein to keep you full until lunch.

Mix Weetabix with almond milk and press down in the bottom of a dish.

Combine yoghurt with protein powder and layer on.

Heat Biscoff spread in microwaveable bowl until runny.

Pour heated Biscoff spread on top and spread out.
- 5
Crush and sprinkle over lotus biscuit and enjoy!
Notes
You can always make this 100 less calories by removing the protein powder.
