    Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

    Fry light to an oven proof dish.

    Chop onion and grate carrot, then fry until softened.

    Add lean mince and cook until brown.

    Add garlic paste to the pan and fry for a further minute.

    Add chopped tomatoes, stock pot, tomato puree and water. Mix and simmer for 15-20 minutes until reduced.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Add the gnocchi and stir in for 1-2 minutes.

    Top with grated cheese and pop into the oven for 10 minutes until crispy and bubbly.
