    Boil your lasagne sheets in a pot.

    Fry off your onion and carrots for 3 minutes.

    Add your mince and fry for a further 3 minutes.

    Add the garlic & mixed herbs and fry for 1 minute.

    Add the Passata and chopped tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.

    Once your pasta has softened, remove from the hob and rinse in cold water.

    Layer the mince mixture and the lasagne sheets.

    Top with your white sauce and cheese.

    Grill on a medium heat for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.

    Leave to sit for 10 minutes and then slice into quarters!


Notes

Boil pasta before assembling lasagne for even cooking.
