This is a spicy infused olive oil with fresh garlic, jalapeños, and crushed red pepper. It’s great on pasta, bread, pizza— you name it.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1

Submerge a 1-qt mason jar in a pot full of water and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil to 350°F.

  2. 2

Carefully remove the mason jar from the water with tongs, ensure no water is left in the jar, then add the red pepper, jalapenos, and garlic. Then, carefully pour in the hot oil. Allow to completely cool and infuse for at least 2-3 hours.

  3. 3

Once cooled, strain the oil and serve.
