Pashtida for Breaking the Fast
This zucchini and potato Pashtida is super easy to prepare and it will be perfect for breaking the fast on Yom Kippur!

Preheat the oven to 400F / 200C.

In a bowl add the shredded zucchini, shredded potato, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and olive oil. Whisk it together.

Add the cottage cheese, feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, fresh dill, flour, and baking powder. Mix it all together.

Spray avocado oil or olive oil on a ceramic baking pan, and sprinkle the bread crumbs evenly.

Pour the mixture and flatten it evenly.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Bake it in the oven on 400F for 35 minutes.
