This Orange cake is so yummy and moist, it will be perfect for breaking the fast on Yom Kippur! Bonus - it’s gluten free and dairy free.

    Preheat the oven to 400F / 200C.

    In a bowl, put the eggs, maple syrup, olive oil, orange juice and whisk it.

    Add the almond flour, oat flour, shredded coconut, baking powder and chocolate chips.

    Using a spatula, mix it all together until it becomes a unified mixture.

    Using an olive oil spray, grease the Bundt cake pan and sprinkle the sugar.

    Pour the cake mixture evenly into the pan.

    Bake it in the oven on 400F for 30- 35 minutes.

    Let it cool for 5 minutes and using a large plate, flip the cake.

    Sprinkle powdered sugar.
