Slow Cooker Sausage Casserole
Serve on its own or with veg, or my personal fave - with lots of crusty bread.

Spray a pan really well with some cooking spray, then add in your sausages; fry over a high heat for a few minutes until browned (don’t worry they don’t need to be cooked through)

Add your onions, carrots, potatoes, browned sausages, thyme, tomato purèe, Worcestershire sauce, stock and extra stock pot into your slow cooker, gently mix together, add some salt and pepper, then cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6.

30 minutes before you’re wanting to serve pour in the cornflour mix and allow to cook for the 30 minutes until the sauce thickens.
