Add your chorizo into a cold pan, turn up the heat to a medium/high and allow to cook for about 5 minutes or until slightly crisp and the oils have released.

Next add in your chicken, fry for a couple of minutes then add in your spices and allow to cook to cook for about 5 more minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked through.

Once your chicken is cooked, cook your gnocchi in boiling salted water according to the package instructions (usually about 3-4 minutes).

While the gnocchi is cooking, add your cream to the pan with the chicken, stir well then add in your mozzarella; add in your gnocchi straight from the pan to your sauce, along with some of pasta water and give it a really good mix until the sauce is smooth and silky.

Top with your parsley and chilli flakes if you fancy, then dive straight in.
