    Add your chorizo to a cold pan, turn up the heat and allow to cook for around 5 minutes, until crispy and the oil has rendered out.

    Add all of your other ingredients to the slow cooker, followed by the crispy chorizo, mix well and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6.
