Oven Baked Creamy Tomato and Bacon Pasta

    Heat an ovenproof pan over a medium heat, spray well with cooking spray, then add in your bacon medallions; cook until brown.

    Remove from the heat then add in your cherry tomatoes, pasta sauce, pasta, stock, seasonings, salt, pepper, garlic, and fresh basil; mix until all of the pasta is submerged in the sauce.

    Pop on a lid (or you can cover tightly with tinfoil) and bake at 180c (fan) for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the pasta is tender. Give it a stir halfway through.

    Once the pasta is tender add in the grated Parmesan and cream, taste for seasoning, then serve.
