Add your chicken to a bowl along with your oil, oregano, garlic powder and a really good pinch of salt and pepper; mix until the chicken is well coated, then air fry at 190c for 20 to 25 minutes or until fully cooked through.

While the chicken is cooking spray a pan well with olive oil spray and add in your onions and a pinch of salt; fry over medium to high heat for around 5 minutes until softened, then add in your garlic.

Allow the garlic to cook for a couple of minutes then pour in your stock and allow to bubble for 5 minutes to thicken slightly.

Add in your Parmesan and cream cheese, mix well, and allow to bubble for another minute or two.

Add in the spinach, stir until wilted, then add your cooked chicken into the sauce. Adjust for seasoning then serve up and enjoy.
