    Fry onion until golden

    Blend it into a smooth sauce with other malai sauce ingredients and keep aside

    Now In the same pot fry chicken for 1-2 mins with gg paste and karahi masala, add little water so it doesnโ€™t burn.

    Then add malai sauce and keep cooking on medium high

    Add beaten yogurt after 2-3 mins and mix well

  6. 6

    After 1 min add a big chunk of butter

  7. 7

    Cook for another min on medium high

  8. 8

    Now cover and cook on low for about 15 minutes

  9. 9

    Add cilantro & cook on medium high until you see oil on top (2-3 mins)

    Itโ€™s ready to serve with Roti or Rice
