Fry onion until golden

Blend it into a smooth sauce with other malai sauce ingredients and keep aside

Now In the same pot fry chicken for 1-2 mins with gg paste and karahi masala, add little water so it doesnโt burn.

Then add malai sauce and keep cooking on medium high

Add beaten yogurt after 2-3 mins and mix well

After 1 min add a big chunk of butter

Cook for another min on medium high

Now cover and cook on low for about 15 minutes

Add cilantro & cook on medium high until you see oil on top (2-3 mins)

Itโs ready to serve with Roti or Rice
