    Rub salt and pepper on the chuck roast and sear on high for 3 mins on each side.

    Add rest of the ingredients with 3 cups of water, boil and then let it cook on slow for 6-8 hrs or until meat is falling apart.

    Discard the bay leaves and other whole spices.

    Shred the beef and stir fry for a min or so.

    Lightly pan fry your tortillas.

    Add beef and other toppings as desired and enjoy.
