In a pan, add chicken, spices, oil and little water

Cover & cook on low for 20-25 minutes or until very soft

Shred it into tiny chunks

Now add the vegetables and fry for 30-40 seconds then add the cheese and heavy cream

Cook until thickened

Let it cool down

Fill them in egg roll or your choice of sheets as shown

Seal with water or flour slurry
