Ingredients: 0.25 cup cilantro; 2 green chilies; 1 cup yogurt; 0.5 cup fried onions; 0.25 cup cream; 1.5 lbs Boneless Chicken pcs; 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste; Salt (to taste); 1 tsp black pepper; 1 tsp cumin powder; 1 tsp coriander powder; 0.5 tsp garam masala; 0.25 cup olive oil; 0.5 tsp Kasoori methi

Blend all the Malai sauce ingredients

Marinate the chicken with the mentioned ingredients and malai sauce for at least 30 minutes

Add chicken in hot oil and cook on high for 2-3 mins

Add half cup of water, cover and let cook until chicken is tender

Add kasoori methi and cook on high until oil starts to separate

Add koyla for smokey flavor (optional)

Garnish with Green chilies & Cilantro
