    Fry onion until slightly golden.

    Add goat, gg paste and all powdered spices with 3-4 tbsps of water.

    Cook on high for a min.

    Now add tomatoes and cook for another 1-2 mins.

    Add 2 cups water, boil and cover.

    Cook on low until meat is 95% tender.

    Cook on high now until oil separates then add Lauki.

    Add 2-3 cups of water to make gravy.

    Boil, cover and cook on low for another 15-20 mins.

    When lauki is done, add green chili and cilantro for garnish.

    Serve with Rice or Roti.
