    Melt butter and lightly fry onions

    Then add chicken, gg paste, salt and crushed spices

    Fry on high for 2 mins

    Add 1 cup water, cover and cook for 5-6 mins on medium or until almost tender

    Now add the beaten yogurt and cook on high until oil is separated (approximately 3 mins)

    Heat up oil, add sliced garlic and red crushed pepper

  7. 7

    Fry until golden then add in the chicken (Donโ€™t cover after this and serve right away so garlic are still crispy)

    Garnish, mix and enjoy
