Melt butter and lightly fry onions

Then add chicken, gg paste, salt and crushed spices

Fry on high for 2 mins

Add 1 cup water, cover and cook for 5-6 mins on medium or until almost tender

Now add the beaten yogurt and cook on high until oil is separated (approximately 3 mins)

Heat up oil, add sliced garlic and red crushed pepper

Fry until golden then add in the chicken (Donโt cover after this and serve right away so garlic are still crispy)
