Made Ube and Cheese Pandesal for tomorrow’s breakfast..

    Mix all dry ingredients.

    Add this ingredients to the dry ingredients.

    Mix all ingredients and knead for about 10 minutes or until you formed an elastic dough.

    Add 1 tbsp oil and add 1 tsp oil on the dough.

    Let it rest for an hour until the dough doubled in size.

    Punch out the air out of the dough.

  7. 7

    Knead the dough and cut it in half, make a log and cut the dough into small chunks.

    Flatten each dough buns and add tbsp of Ube Jam and Cheese.

    Roll each dough on breadcrumbs and put it on a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Let it rest for about 30 minutes.

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Bake for about 15-17 minutes.

    Reheat in microwave for 15 seconds.
