Quick and Easy Beef with Mushrooms

    Slice beef very thinly.

    Add dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ground pepper and cornstarch. Marinate for about 15 minutes.

    Toast minced garlic and set aside.

    Sear beef until crusty brown. Add a little water and cover until water has dissolved. And set aside.

    In the same pan, melt butter, add flour, sliced mushrooms and broth. Simmer until sauce is slightly thick.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Add the beef to the sauce and add some toasted garlic and parsley. Simmer for another 2 minutes until sauce has thickened.

    Transfer to a serving dish with steaming rice and top with egg. Enjoy!
