Name: Tom Kha Gai
Ingredients: galangal; lemongrass; makrut lime leaves; cilantro root; bird’s eye chilli; onion; garlic; water or stock; chicken; fish sauce (to taste); sugar (to taste); mushrooms or veggie of choice (long beans + tomatoes)

The dish I always order whenever I’m in Thailand! Tom Kha Gai was the first Thai dish i ever attempted to make and the first try came out so well immediately that it gave me the confidence to make other Thai dishes.
