Cheese Rice Paper Tteokbokki
I tbh this was just super fun to make must use two rice papers so it doesn’t break easily

Directions

Layer two dry rice papers, soak in water for a few secs until soft & pliable. Transfer to separate plate. Light brush plate with water so rice paper don’t stick.

Add cheese on one end of rice paper, and fold rice paper over cheese like a cute popiah burrito.

Saute garlic until fragrant and pour in stock. Allow to come up to a boil.

Add gochujang, light soy sauce and honey, stir and let it bubbly boiling before adding the cheese rice paper tteokbokki.

Option to also add other toppings like veggies, boiled eggs, fish cakes.

Pour in cornstarch slurry and let sauce thicken. Once sauce thickens, turn off the heat. Add sesame oil and garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions. EAT!

Add cheese rice paper tteokbokki to the sauce and serve.
