One of the dishes I love to meal prep since all of the flavouring in the marinade sauce.

Directions

    Add marinade to beef slices, and marinate for 10 mins, overnight is best.

    Add oil to pan, and saute onions until it softens.

  3. 3

    Add all of the beef, including the marinade. Let the beef cook, for about 3-4 minutes.

    Stir in stock or water to create sauce.

  5. 5

    Add rice to bowl, and top with the beef slices.

  6. 6

    Drizzle sauce over the beef.

  7. 7

    Top with raw yolk and garnish.

  8. 8

    Before eating, break yolk and mix with rice - EAT!
