Curry Chicken

Comfort food doesn’t need to take hours and hours over the stove. Super quick and easy, and ready in less than 30 minutes.

    Add oil to pot and sauté onion ginger garlic.

    Once fragrant, add curry powder + turmeric powder + chilli powder. Stir fry for about 2 minutes until a curry paste forms and deepens in colour.

    Don’t burn it.

    Add chicken, stir to coat with curry paste.

  5. 5

    Add potatoes, carrots, stock or water, sugar, salt (or soy sauce), stir to combine.

  6. 6

    Let simmer until chicken cooks through and potatoes soft.

  7. 7

    Stir in coconut milk - DONE!
