Teriyaki Tofu Bowl
After all the Christmas food I was really craving some greens so decided to make my favourite teriyaki tofu bowl.
Ingredients
Teriyaki Sauce
Crispy Tofu
Directions

Preheat the oven to 200C.

Cube the Tofu and mix with the olive oil, soy sauce and corn starch.

Bake the Tofu for 20 minutes.

In a wok add the soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, 1/4 cup of water, garlic and ginger and the starch mixed with 1tsp water.

Heat the mixture up and cook for a couple of minutes until it coats the back of a spoon.

Add the Tofu, coat and serve.
