    Add olive oil to a pan and fry the onion until translucent before adding the chorizo.

    Add the garlic followed by the chilli flakes and mixed herbs.

    Next, add the tomato purée and deglaze the pan with vodka.

    Add the cream and combine everything well.

    Once combined, add the pasta water, nutritional yeast and additional seasoning.

    Stir in the pasta and garnish with chilli flakes.
