Sun-dried Tomato Pasta

This dish will forever be one of my favourites and if you’re like me and you always have some left over sun dried tomatoes in the back of your fridge, this recipe is for you

    Start by cooking the sun-dried tomatoes in a bit of it’s own oil until fragrant before adding the garlic

    Next, add the wine and cook until nearly all of it is gone. Now add the cream

  3. 3

    Add the Italian Allrounder and Nutritional yeast and stir

  4. 4

    Add the pasta water, stir and add the cavolo nero

  5. 5

    Season with salt and pepper

  6. 6

    Add your pasta, combine it and serve with fresh parsley
