Ingredients: 6 Green olives; 0.5 Shallot; 1 Garlic; 0.5 juiced Lemon; 3 Sun dried tomatoes; 1 tbsp Chives (chopped); 1 tbsp Parsley (chopped); 1 Red chilli; Pine nuts (handful); Olive oil (good quality, to finish); 100 ml Vodka; 3 dashes Light green and zesty (@seasnyourdrinks); 2 tbsp Olive brine; 3 Olives

A delicious and versatile recipe for dipping oil paired with a vodka martini

Directions

Toast pine nuts in a pan, careful not to burn, then chop everything nice and fine and mix in a bowl with olive oil, season to taste.

Fill a martini glass with ice and water and let it get very cold whilst you mix the cocktail.

In a shaker, add lots of ice, the vodka, olive brine and @seasn, shake well.

Throw out the ice and water from your glass and pour the cocktail in, serve with 3 olives on a toothpick.
