A delicious and versatile recipe for dipping oil paired with a vodka martini
Toast pine nuts in a pan, careful not to burn, then chop everything nice and fine and mix in a bowl with olive oil, season to taste.
Fill a martini glass with ice and water and let it get very cold whilst you mix the cocktail.
In a shaker, add lots of ice, the vodka, olive brine and @seasn, shake well.
Throw out the ice and water from your glass and pour the cocktail in, serve with 3 olives on a toothpick.
