Blackened Tofu Recipe
Super simple recipe for meal prep and adding to salads, soups, noodles etc.

Drain and cut the tofu in half and then drain as much liquid as possible out of it.

Crumble the tofu into a bowl, grate over the garlic and pour over the soya sauce, mix well.

Fry in a large pan until you get nice charred bits!
