A delicious and versatile recipe for dipping oil paired with a vodka martini

Antipasti Style Dipping Oil and Vodka Martini

Ingredients

Dipping Oil

  • Green olives
  • Shallot
  • Garlic
  • juiced Lemon
  • Sun dried tomatoes
  • tbsp Chives
  • tbsp Parsley
  • Red chilli
  • Pine nuts
  • Olive oil

Vodka Martini

  • ml Vodka
  • dashes Light green and zesty
  • tbsp Olive brine
  • Olives

Instructions

  1. Toast pine nuts in a pan, careful not to burn, then chop everything nice and fine and mix in a bowl with olive oil, season to taste.
  2. Fill a martini glass with ice and water and let it get very cold whilst you mix the cocktail.
  3. In a shaker, add lots of ice, the vodka, olive brine and @seasn, shake well.
  4. Throw out the ice and water from your glass and pour the cocktail in, serve with 3 olives on a toothpick.
