    Preheat oven to 180C.

    Blend pistachios until fine, reserving 1 Tbs for topping.

    Mix fine pistachios, cream cheese, and honey together.

    Cut pastry sheet in half horizontally and place on greaseproof paper.

  5. 5

    Spread mix all the way to the edges and place the other side of the pastry on top.

    Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle reserved pistachios on top.

    Slice down the middle and into sticks.

    Bake for 25 min until flakey and golden.
