    Combine warm milk, instant yeast, and sugar in a bowl. Mix, then add avocado oil and egg.

    Add 2 cups of flour and salt. Mix until lightly combined, then add 2 more cups of flour.

    Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth and tacky. Place in an oiled bowl, cover and allow to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

    Punch down the dough and transfer to a flat surface. Roll out to a 1/2 inch thick rectangle, then cut into small squares (about 20-24 pieces).

    Transfer onto a parchment lined baking sheet, cover and allow to rise once more for about 1 hour.

    Bake at 350F for about 15-20 minutes or until golden.

    Allow to cool, brush with melted butter and enjoy!
