3 Ingredient Tortillas
Authentic tortillas in my own way, and they’re delicious in every way

In a bowl, combine 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 cup boiling water and 3 1/2 tbsp avocado oil. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.

Transfer to a flat surface and knead for 3-5 minutes, until you have a really smooth dough ball. Cover and allow to rest for 10-20 minutes.

Divide your ball into 10-12 pieces, and roll each piece into a ball. Using a rolling pin, roll each dough ball into a circle, as thin as you can possibly get it.

Once it’s as thin as you can get it, use your hands to stretch it out even more until you can also see through the dough.

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place your tortilla in the skillet, and wait till it starts to bubble, about 1-2 minutes. Once there are brown spots on the bottom, flip and cook on the other side for another 1-2 minutes. Repeat till all your tortillas are done and enjoy!!
