    Combine flour, yeast, and salt in a bowl.

    Add warm water and oil, mix until a wet shaggy dough forms.

    Cover and allow to rise for 30 minutes, then perform stretch and folds.

    Transfer to a lightly floured surface, divide into 4, and roll each piece into a long oval.

    Cut 3 slits on the top and 1 slit on the bottom to create the eyes and mouth, then place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

    Cover and allow to rise for another 45 minutes, then brush with oil and top with salt.
