3 Ingredient High Protein Bagel Bites
These 3 ingredient high protein bagel bites are quick to make, they taste freakin delicious, and you can feel incredible eating them!!

In a bowl, combine 1 cup self rise flour (or 1 cup all purpose flour, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, and 1 tsp salt), and 1 cup Greek yogurt.

Mix that until a shaggy dough forms, then transfer onto a flat surface and knead for 3-5 minutes until you have a smooth dough ball.

Divide your dough into 8 pieces, flatten each piece and add a block of cream cheese to the centre. Pull the sides of the dough up to close it over the block of cream cheese then roll it into a ball.

Place onto a parchment lined baking sheet and spray with avocado oil (or any oil.) Optionally top with sesame seeds.

Bake in the oven at 375F for 20 minutes then bring the temp down to 350F and bake for another 10 minutes. Allow to cool fully and enjoy!
