    In a bowl, combine 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour, 3 tbsp sugar, 3 tsp instant yeast, and 1 tsp salt.

    Add in 1 cup warm milk, 1/2 cup warm water and 3 tbsp melted butter. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.

    Transfer to a flat surface and knead until you have a smooth dough (5-7 minutes), adding some more flour if needed.

    Place in an oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap and allow to rise for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, until doubled in size.
