    Combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl and whisk together.

    Combine milk, water, and butter in a separate bowl, heat in microwave for 1.5 minutes, and let cool.

    Knead dough for 5 minutes, place in an oiled dish, cover, and let rise in a warm location for 1-2 hours.
