If you love Southwest Eggrolls from Chili’s and you’re looking for a perfect dip for game day, look no further.

    Preheat your smoker to 275°F.

    Add all of your ingredients to an aluminum pan in order, finishing with the cream cheese blocks on top.

    Place on the smoker for 30-40 minutes or until the cream cheese is soft, then stir to combine.

    Close the smoker and let it smoke for another 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.

    Serve alongside chips, crackers, or fried wonton chips & enjoy!
