Cheesy Ham & Gouda Croissant Casserole
This is an easy breakfast casserole that the whole family will love! I was inspired by @frohneats Croque Monsieur Breakfast Casserole, put my own twist on it, and it turned out SO tasty!

Chop the mini croissants into pieces and lay them into the bottom of a baking dish.

Fold the sliced ham and tuck the slices in between the croissants.

Shred the Gouda and sprinkle it on top, tucking it into the ham and croissants.

In a bowl, combine the eggs, heavy cream, half & half, Dijon mustard & seasonings. Whisk to combine.

Pour the egg mixture over the top of the casserole and sprinkle the chopped chives on top.

Bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes, or until it’s golden brown and bubbly.
