Cold silken tofu is an absolute favorite of mine, especially during the scorching summer months. I love the way it absorbs the flavors of whatever sauce or toppings I add, creating a delightful burst of flavor in every bite. Perfect for a quick, no-cook meal!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1

Carefully remove the silken tofu from its package.

  2. 2

Slice the tofu into thick slices and gently transfer them to a serving plate.

  3. 3

In a small bowl, combine garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili oil, sesame oil, sugar, and toasted sesame seeds. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved and all the ingredients are well mixed.

  4. 4

Pour the spicy sauce over the silken tofu.

  5. 5

Top with chopped scallion greens and cilantro. Enjoy!
