Ingredients
Directions
- 1
Turn your ghost mold upside down. Pour melted white chocolate into each cavity, spreading the chocolate up the sides of the mold to create a shell. Chill until the chocolate hardens.
- 2
In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut flour, and optional salt until smooth.
- 3
Remove the mold from the fridge and add the peanut butter mixture into each ghost cavity. Lightly press the mixture down.
- 4
Pour more white chocolate over the top to seal the bottom of each ghost. Gently tap the mold to spread the chocolate evenly.
- 5
Chill for a 5 minutes until fully set.
- 6
Once set, push up from the bottom of the mold to release your Peanut Butter Ghosts.
- 7
PRO TIP: If the bottom doesn’t set flat, lightly press it against a hot plate to melt it evenly.
